Our hair consultation is a safe, judgment-free space for anyone—regardless of hair type, texture, race, or gender—who wants to better understand their hair and how to care for it. Whether you're experiencing breakage, dryness, scalp concerns, or simply unsure which style is right for you, we’re here to help. During this one-on-one session, we’ll assess your hair, talk about your goals, and give you honest, professional guidance tailored to you. Come with questions, leave with clarity—and a path forward for healthier, more confident hair days.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after this time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client. Repeated lateness may result in a higher payment requirement for future bookings. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit any payments made and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and understand that the time listed for your service is an estimate and may vary.
