smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales or
high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation once
your order is placed, and another notification with tracking information once it has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

$5 Standard Shipping:  3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Free Local Pickup: Ready in  24–48 hours

3. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We are working on expanding to international customers
in the future.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for
tracking updates to become available.

5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), weather conditions, or incorrect
shipping addresses provided at checkout.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Opulent Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as 'delivered' by the
carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an error is found after ordering,
contact us immediately at ob.opulentbeauty@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot
guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

8. Returns Due to Undeliverable Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to
arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
