Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client. Repeated lateness may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings. Please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit any deposits made and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. A $40 deposit is required to book and hold your appointment. All services must be paid in full at the time of service. Deposits made at booking will be applied toward your final balance. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or any other approved form of payment listed approved by the stylist.
